For listed companies, we act as company secretary and assist in preparation and publication of annual, interim and quarterly report and results, obtaining share repurchase and insurance mandates, preparation of circulars and public announcements, Organization of Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings and related matters.

Further, we communicate with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and regulatory bodies on transactions and disclosure requirements.     Private Companies
    In Hong Kong, we are responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all types of Hong Kong companies: limited by shares, limited by guarantee, partnership, sole-proprietorship, overseas company in Hong Kong (under Part XI of the Companies Ordinance.)

In PRC, we are responsible for the establishment of Sino-foreign equity joint venture, Sino-foreign partnership, wholly foreign-owned enterprise, as well as branch and representative office for Hong Kong and overseas companies.

Establishment and maintenance of other offshore companies, including Macao offshore companies and various jurisdictions such as British Virgin Island, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Samoa, Belize, Delaware, etc. can also be performed.
